Because each product is made to order through Printful, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Refund Policy - the basics

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your contact email] with photos of the issue.
Approved refunds or replacements will be processed as soon as possible.

Non-refundable Items

  • Downloadable music or digital files

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear

We cannot issue refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection, so please review the size guide carefully before ordering.
